Get to know me!

I’m a certified life coach with graduate-level training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, and I’m passionate about helping women get clear and reach their full potential.

But more than credentials, my work is shaped by real life.

My husband and I got married at 21 with more love than life experience. We started our life together in debt, unsure of what adulthood, or marriage, was really supposed to look like. Not long after, we became parents, and suddenly we had even more to figure out.

Over the years, we’ve built a life we’re proud of. We’ve been married for 19 years, raised three kids, and spent over a decade as foster parents, eventually becoming adoptive parents as well.

Along the way, we also became business owners and now run a whole company…well, my husband does, but I help! (kinda : )

It wasn’t always smooth. There were plenty of missteps, hard lessons, and moments of feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what mattered most.

And that’s exactly why I do what I do. I help women cut through the noise, get clear on their priorities, and live life authentically!

What else…? I have three dogs. I love them, but three is probably too many dogs.

I like to travel and spend lots of time with my family.

I drink WAY too much coffee and do not see it as a problem.

I am Catholic, a lover of country music, and enjoyer of fashion.
